GRANDFATHER, HEAR ME

I am but on human being

but I come to you with many needs for my people.

We need you to guide us

for we must now step forward and no longer sit in the dark

watching as other lead your children down the wrong path.

This valley we call the Valley of the Vapors must be brought back

to you Grandfather so that you children can see

the true path they should follow.

To see the true healing powers of the waters

Let all with good hearts come,

and those without, leave this place of peace.

Help us to turn those that have been lost around

so that they may find their way back to the circle of Life.

Help us to live as you meant for us to live,

as one, not as many.

Only with one mind, one heart, and one strong voice

can we be seen or heard.

We must be as one strong voice , as one

but never forgetting who we are or where we came from.

We must never dishonor ourselves

or those who have walked on before us by forgetting them.

So I come to you Grandfather

as one human being

begging you to hear the cries of your children.

Bring us out of the dark, make us strong.

Place us on the true path to the circle of life.

Help us to heal Mother Earth.

Let the Vapors rise again from the Valley of Vapors.

Let Mother Earth heal us as She has in the past.

Let the eyes of the people be opened again to see Your greatness.

This I ask for my people and all people with good hearts.
